Removable anchor bolts! Suppressing the generation of concrete debris during removal.

Introducing the post-installed anchor bolt "R Anchor" that can be extracted after use! *Technical documentation available.

<Anchor bolts that can be completely removed without chipping concrete> They can be extracted by rotating the bolts counterclockwise with strong force after use. There is no need to chip the concrete during removal. Since no concrete debris is generated, it contributes to the reduction of industrial waste. <Contributes to the improvement of concrete durability> There is no need to cut the anchor bolts during removal. Since no cut pieces of anchor bolts remain inside the concrete, the factors causing deterioration are eliminated, leading to improved concrete durability. [Features] ■ Bolts can be extracted by rotating them counterclockwise. ■ No need for concrete chipping or cutting of anchor bolts during removal. ■ Noise reduction. ■ Can be installed at low temperatures (minimum usable temperature -10°C). *For details, please contact us or refer to the catalog. It is recommended to read it alongside the "R Anchor" and "NR Anchor" catalogs.

A must-see for those using temporary anchor bolts on-site! Can be removed after use.

Introducing the post-installed anchor bolt "R Anchor" that can be removed after use! *Technical documentation available.

<Are you facing any of these issues at your construction site?> ■ I want to completely remove bolts without chipping after use. ■ I do not want to leave cut anchor bolts inside the existing concrete. ■ I do not want to create vibrations or noise. Temporary anchor bolts are often cut and processed after use, but the remaining bolt pieces can rust, causing deterioration of the concrete. Additionally, vibrations from chipping work can damage the concrete, and noise can lead to problems at the construction site. 【Features】 ■ Bolts can be extracted by rotating them in reverse. ■ No need for concrete chipping work or cutting of anchor bolts during removal. ■ Noise reduction. ■ Can be installed at low temperatures (minimum usable temperature -10°C). *For details, please contact us or refer to the catalog. We recommend reading the "R Anchor" and "NR Anchor" catalogs together.

Removable anchor bolt "R Anchor" after use *Technical data available

A reduction of approximately 79% in process time is possible compared to conventional construction methods! [Technical materials including construction achievements are currently being distributed.]

In recent years, the installation of anti-fall devices and similar measures in seismic reinforcement work for existing bridges has been increasing. For the bracket fixing method on RC structures, adhesive post-installed anchor bolts are used, with epoxy resin-based adhesives being commonly employed. However, challenges include long curing times, failure to cure at low temperatures below 5°C, and poor adhesion on wet surfaces. To address these issues, we have developed an adhesive post-installed anchor using "acrylic resin," called "NR Anchor" and "R Anchor." (The "R Anchor" is a removable anchor bolt.) By using acrylic resin, it is possible to achieve approximately a 79% reduction in process time compared to conventional methods. ■□ We are providing technical materials that include construction achievements! □■ 【Contents (excerpt)】 - About acrylic resin - Performance verification tests - Construction achievements ■□ For more details, we will contact you from the manufacturing company of the R Anchor, "Sanpo Co., Ltd." □■ *For more details, please inquire or refer to the catalog. We recommend reading the "R Anchor" and "NR Anchor" catalogs together.

Removable anchor bolt "R Anchor" after use *Technical data available.

Technical materials featuring construction achievements are being distributed. A reduction of approximately 79% in process time is possible compared to conventional methods!

The "R Anchor" is a post-installed anchor bolt that can be removed after use, such as for temporary materials. It uses acrylic resin instead of conventional epoxy resin as the adhesive for the anchor bolt. Acrylic resin has the following features: - Can be installed at low temperatures down to -10°C - Short curing time (Summer resin: approximately 70 minutes at 25°C, Winter resin: approximately 120 minutes at 5°C) - Can be applied to wet surfaces Additionally, during installation, it eliminates the need for the setup and removal of pipes and sealing materials, as well as resin measurement and mixing tasks, allowing for approximately 79% reduction in process time compared to conventional methods. ★ Technical materials containing construction achievements are available upon request ★ [Contents (excerpt)] - About acrylic resin - Performance verification tests - Construction achievements [Applicable examples] - Temporary equipment during bridge construction (preventing overturning and falling during girder installation, etc.) - Fixing brackets for jack-up during bearing replacement - General civil engineering work, construction work, factory equipment fixation, etc. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
